The service is cloud-based and continuously improving.
2. What to Expect
We aim to deliver a reliable, high-quality service. However:
- AI responses are automated and may vary
- We do not guarantee specific results (e.g. bookings or revenue)
- The service should support — not replace — your wider business processes
3. Your Responsibilities
To get the best results, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Review and approve how calls are handled
- Ensure your use of the service complies with applicable laws
4. Usage & Billing

Your plan includes a set number of minutes of minutes each month
- Additional usage is charged at the agreed rate
- You can prepay for additional usage at any time
If usage or payment limits are reached, the service may be paused until resolved.
5. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are paid in British pounds sterling
- Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension
6. Availability
We aim for high uptime, but occasional interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Network or telecom providers
- Third-party systems
7. Data & Privacy
- You retain ownership of your data
- We process the data only to provide the service
- Both parties agree to comply with UK data protection laws
8. Call Handling & Recording
Calls may be recorded and processed as of the service.
You are responsible for informing your customers where required.
9. Intellectual Property
All technology and systems remain the property of Plusway.
Your business data remains yours.
10. Changes & Support
- We provide reasonable support for setup and updates
- Changes to your setup can be requested at any time by email to support@plusway.co.uk
11. Suspension or Termination
We may pause or end the service if:
- Payments are not made
- The service is misused
You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
12. Liability
We are responsible for delivering the service with reasonable care.
However, we are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Missed opportunities
- Indirect or consequential loss
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, with reasonable notice.
14. Legal
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
